What is in a name?
Bill & I have one term of endearment for each other. Pookie Bear, or variations of it like Pook & Pookie. Logan has so many nick names that I'm afraid he won't know his real name. I try to be conscious of it & call him by his actual name throughout the day, but these nick names seem to be said more often.
  1. Mr. Fussy Fuss
  2. Grunty Grunt
  3. Grumpy Man, Little Grumpy Man
  4. Baby, Little Baby
  5. Mister, Mister-Mister, Little Mister
  6. Little Man
  7. Sleeping Bean, Sleepy Bean
  8. Wiggle Squirt, Little Squirt
  9. Crazy Legs
  10. Stinker, Little Stinker
  11. Booger, Little Booger, Baby Booger
  12. Sir Spits Up A Lot
  13. Cutie Pie
  14. Sweet Heart
  15. Sweet Pea
This doesn't include the names I call him behind his back & under my breath when he won't go to bed or when he's crying at 2 am. We'll leave those to the imagination.

Don't worry--the real-name-use didn't start in our house until D was at least 8 mos or so. He was "Bug" or some variation of that (Buggy, Bugzilla, Buggy-boo, Buggly, etc.)--ALWAYS. Then when he got mobile, I guess we started using his real name more often and suddenly realized we hardly ever use Bug at al anymore.
