Now we're just waiting
This morning Bill got a truck from U-Haul & went back to the house to FINALLY get the rest of our stuff. Logan & I stayed back where we have heat & toys. I never thought I would be so excited to get our washing machine, dryer & the rest of our appliances back.

After loading the rest of the house & sweeping it out, Bill took our friend that helped him load out to lunch & is on his way back now. Uncle J is coming over to help unload. Once the truck goes back, we are finished with the house. Now we just continue to wait for a buyer.

This is the part that kind of sucks. Waiting. We have done everything we can to sell the house & we're now looking at a short sale. According to Bill, our (crappy) realtor has filled out all of the needed paperwork & is just waiting for an offer.

I feel better knowing that it's out of our control. Whatever happens, happens.
