It's always something.
That's what my Grandma Nancy used to say. It's true. Another phrase that would be appropriate is "when it rains it pours". I'm not going to go into too much detail, maybe later, maybe never. Some things are best left to being personal. However, I'm now looking for employment quick. I don't have enough time to get a personal training business up & going & I don't have enough time for the books to get published. I called on a nanny position & I hope they would be cool with me looking after their baby & Logan too. That way he can still be breast fed, I don't have to worry about child care & he would also get some socialization as well. All of the work from home opportunities seem like a scam. If you have to pay anything up front, it's not a job. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, because being a nanny seems like the best solution for the situation right now.

Oh no! I hope something good happens fast for you! Hopefully it will work out in your favor and you can still be with Logan!
I once did an in home day care thing at my house through a private day home company. I got to still be at home with Claire, and had two other kiddos about her age. She loved it. Good Luck!

Curious to know whether you're looking for this nanny job to get out of the house more or what? I'm on the verge of leaving my job, and am having a hard time with it. And it isn't for the money, either. http://lifedeals.blogspot.com/

No, it's quite the opposite. I LOVE being at home with Logan. I've never felt this good about anything else I've done in my entire life. It breaks my heart that it's slowly slipping through my fingers. Unfortunatly, I'm looking because we are short on cash. Very short. If I knew how short, I would've done something about it a LONG time ago.

Gosh, I'm sorry to hear that! I hope you find something quickly. The nanny position sounds great. Good luck! I know if I were looking for a nanny, I would prefer someone with a child of a similar age so they could play together and the nanny would really know how to care for a child.

I hate to say it, but dude, we are so there. I have been on WIC for the last two years + and almost everything we get is from freecycle.org. I wish there were a way you could stretch what you have so you wouldn't have to go to work. It's so ridiculous that in this country where the leaders are all about what they call "family values" that you can get more help and support for going back to work and leaving your kid in daycare than you can staying home and being a full-time mama!! GRRR.
